Join me for the ultimate self care afternoon with a Pilates Flow class, designed to balance your body and mind through flowing movements. Following the class, with a hot drink or juice of your choice and a delicious fresh pastry. Plus, you'll receive a goody bag filled with treats to take home!
You will leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced within your body and relaxed within your mind.
What is included
50 minutes Pilates Flow class
10 minute deep relaxation to close
Your choice of tea, coffee or juice + a enjoy a delicious pastry*
