2PM - 3.30PM

Join me for the ultimate self care afternoon with a Pilates Flow  class, designed to balance your body and mind through flowing movements.  Following the class, with a hot drink or juice of your choice and a  delicious fresh pastry. Plus, you'll receive a goody bag filled with  treats to take home!

You will leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced within your body and relaxed within your mind.

What is included

  • 50 minutes Pilates Flow class  

  • 10 minute deep relaxation to close  

  • Your choice of tea, coffee or juice + a enjoy a delicious pastry*

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before the class starts at 2:00 PM.
