Warm Cinnamon Milk
Ingredients:
250 ml milk of choice (I use Alpro Organic Soya, No Sugar)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp light brown sugar, to taste
Directions:
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and warm over medium heat until it’s steaming and just starting to form tiny bubbles around the edges (don’t let it boil).
Whisk in the cinnamon and vanilla extract until fully combined. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy while warm. Enjoy!
Optional:
If you have a milk frother, froth a small amount of the milk before heating. Spoon the foam on top just before serving and finish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon for an extra-cosy touch.
