Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Rolls

I couldn’t resist trying The Loopy Whisk’s gluten-free cinnamon rolls and, of course, I had to make them dairy-free. I swapped the butter for Stork, used Violife Original Dairy Free Creamy Spreadable Cheese and a little Flora Double Cream Alternative, and just a heads-up: I’d use way less cream than the original recipe calls for. Plant cream behaves a bit differently in the oven and doesn’t absorb into the dough quite the same way, so a little goes a long way. If you’re adapting this recipe to be dairy-free, check the comment section of the loopy whisk and you’ll need to do your own calculations, I mostly measured with my heart!

They came out cinnamon-y and ridiculously indulgent, with a creamy topping that’s just dreamy. Definitely one for a lazy weekend brunch.
