Explore movement that feels good with small online group classes. Each class is designed with a combination of strengthening, mobility and balance focused exercises all whilst moving from the comfort of your own home. Join Olivia for Pilates classes taught live via zoom and connect with a community of likeminded people. Each class is capped at just twelve people to ensure you receive individual guidance and support to help you move to feel good in both body and mind. All abilities welcome.

Join me in person at Fisical Mind and Body Studio in Sevenoaks on Wednesday’s. Pilates Flow, a class designed to balance your body and mind through flowing movements. A blend of classical and creative Pilates, with an emphasis on core stability to mobilise, strengthen and lengthen your entire body and calm your mind. Taught in layers, allowing you to tailor the session to your unique body. An all level class.

Bond with your baby in Mother and Baby postnatal Pilates. With a focus on alignment and posture, breathing to regulate the nervous system, rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor work and relaxation techniques. Step into a safe and supportive environment that allows you to reconnect with your body after birth. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling (or 8 weeks if you had a c-sec delivery). Feel free to feed, nurse and cuddle your baby comfortably at any time during the class, join our supportive community and connect with other parents.
