Gentle Pilates is a calm, supportive class designed to help you move with confidence and care. With a focus on alignment, balance and mindful strength, each session offers space to slow down reconnect with your body.

You’ll move through classic Pilates exercises at a steady pace, using light resistance and thoughtful sequencing to build strength, stability and mobility. Great if you’re returning to exercise, prefer a slower pace, or simply want to move in a way that feels nourishing and sustainable.

Reformer on the Mat

+ ALL LEVELS | + DYNAMIC | + FOCUS

Experience the flow and precision of Reformer Pilates, no machine required. This class brings the magic of Reformer work to the mat, using small equipment to recreate that supported yet challenging feel.

Expect thoughtful, dynamic sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen and stabilise your body. Each session builds progressively, helping you move with more control, confidence and connection.

Great if you enjoy variety and want to feel that signature Reformer flow, all within the calm and comfort of a mat-based class.
