Winter Wellness: Pilates for Calm & Relaxation
On a quiet December morning, we gathered at Claridge House for Winter Wellness, a gentle pause before the season began to fill up. The session focused on slow, mat-based Pilates, with an emphasis on grounding, mobility and mindful movement, offering space to soften, breathe and reconnect.
We moved calmly and intentionally, before settling into an extended relaxation to support rest and nervous system regulation, leaving everyone feeling settled, restored and ready for the weeks ahead.
It was a nourishing morning of stillness and connection, shared with a lovely group, a reminder of how supportive it can be to take time out and move gently, especially at this time of year.
