Last Sunday morning, the studio filled with movement, warmth and the smell of freshly baked pastries. We flowed through a gentle, uplifting Reformer on the Mat Pilates session before enjoying pastries, chats and connection over cups of tea. Each person received a hand drawn affirmation card and a gorgeous goody bag from Especially Health Sevenoaks to take home a little piece of calm for the week ahead.

It was such a lovely morning spent with a wonderful group, thank you to everyone who came along. Your presence and energy make these gatherings so special.
