Strong Foundations: Pilates For Stronger Bones
Earlier this month, we gathered at Claridge House for a gentle and grounding morning of movement. We began with a short chat about bone health before moving through a flow of chair, standing and mat-based Pilates to build strength, balance and ease. We closed with a nourishing relaxation, giving everyone space to unwind and reset before heading back into the day.
It was such a lovely group, and I’m so grateful to everyone who came along and shared the energy of the session.
Afterwards, we chatted over cups of tea before continuing our Sundays, a quiet, grounding end to a really special morning.
