New Beginnings: Pilates for Energy & Clarity

We began the new year together at Claridge House with New Beginnings, a gentle, uplifting Pilates morning focused on moving with intention. The session centred around mat-based Pilates, using resistance bands to build strength, support balance and encourage ease through the spine, while staying connected to breath and alignment throughout.

The pace was steady and mindful, offering space to reset, refocus and gently energise both body and mind. We finished feeling refreshed, calm and quietly grounded, a simple, nourishing way to step into the year ahead.

A really lovely way to mark the start of a new chapter, shared with a warm and welcoming group.
