Creamy Coconut Yogurt Chia Pudding (Hormone Healthy, Dairy Free)

Coconut yogurt chia pudding in a glass jar, topped with strawberries and seasonal fruit

This creamy coconut yogurt chia pudding has changed the game when it comes to breakfast. It’s rich in fibre, omega-3s and supportive of hormone health, and will keep you full till lunch. To fully unlock the benefits make this with milled chia seeds and soaked overnight which makes them easier to digest.

Made with just 6 ingredients, it’s the great base for seasonal toppings — and the texture is genuinely dreamy.

Ingredients:

  • 150g coconut yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ tbsp milled chia seeds

  • 1–2 tbsp plant mylk (I used soya)

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or more to taste)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Fresh strawberries (or any seasonal fruit), diced

Method:

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Stir well until fully combined and no clumps remain.

Place in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to fully soak and plump up.

In the morning, stir again and top with your favourite fruit. Enjoy!
