With guided breathwork as your secret to a calmer, more centered you, preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep. This is your invitation to indulge in a Sunday evening of self-care, a restful way to close out the week.

WHAT DO I NEED?

A Yoga mat, a head cushion or a thin pillow

(You can practise on a carpeted floor or lay a few blankets on the floor if you do not own a Yoga mat)

Optional: Bolsters, Blankets, Wooly Socks, Yoga Blocks, A Long Resistance Band

Useful to have: Tennis ball, Soft Pilates Ball

  • Each Sunday Softness session lasts 60 minutes. It's the perfect amount of time to unwind, restore, and prepare yourself for a peaceful evening ahead.

  • Comfort is key! Wear clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation. You can even join in your PJ's—whatever makes you feel most at ease as you flow through the session.

  • Sunday Softness is a welcoming space for everyone, whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or completely new to it. The sessions are thoughtfully designed with a focus on mindful movement and breathwork exercises to accommodate all levels.

  • The essentials: a yoga mat, a comfy head cushion or thin pillow. If you're in the mood for extra comfort, consider having bolsters, blankets, woolly socks, yoga blocks, a long resistance band, and keep a tennis ball and soft Pilates ball within reach.

  • Your well-being is my top priority. Sunday Softness, while beneficial for many, is not recommended for pregnant or recently postpartum individuals. If you’re expecting or have recently become a new mum, I offer online Gentle Pilates classes for pre and postnatal, or in-person postnatal classes at Fisical in Sevenoaks. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy or postpartum.
