  • No, the classes here are pay as you go, meaning it's a one off purchase that entitles you to rent the class for 7 days.

  • All mat classes are £5.00

  • No, all you need is yourself and a space big enough to practise in. I do recommend using a mat to ensure appropriate padding - this can be a yoga or Pilates mat, or even a towel.

  • Yes, classes are suitable for all levels, whether you're a seasoned mover or just starting out.
