I’m so excited to welcome you to this special Mother’s Day Pilates session, a chance to slow down, connect, and move together.
Before you can secure your place, please complete this short health form for yourself only. Each participant attending must submit their own form. It takes just 2 minutes, and all information will be treated with the strictest confidence. Please note: this session is for adults only (18+).
Please note: This class is not suitable for pregnancy, injuries, or less than 8 weeks postpartum. If you’re unsure, please check with your healthcare provider before attending.

Event Notes
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to allow time to settle in.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothing and Pilates socks or any socks with grip.
Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring blankets, eye masks, or any other cosy items for the closing relaxation.
