Wellness Lovers’ Holiday Gift Guide 2025

There’s something so magical about gifting well in winter, those little thoughtful touches that make someone feel nurtured, supported, and seen. I love choosing things that make everyday life feel softer, cosier, or a little more intentional. These are the wellness favourites I’ve been using all year or can’t wait to welcome into my routine. Think grounding rituals, gentle movement, cosy evenings, and small upgrades that make a big difference.

Let’s dive into this year’s wellness-centred gift guide for 2025.

As always, these are products I genuinely love, use, or am endlessly curious to try. No ads, no sponsorships, just my own recommendations from the heart, curated with the same care I bring to everything I create.

BAM Sporty Straight Leg Jogger

I’m in my straight-leg-jogger era, and these are everything I want right now. They’re the kind of joggers you throw on for a slow morning stretch, can wear to teach or take class, then stay in all afternoon. They’re sustainable and made with natural fibres, exactly what I want to live in this winter.

The Confidence Collection by Roxie Nafousi

I’ve always loved Roxie’s journals, and this collection is next on my list. Her layout, prompts, and gentle guidance give you that little nudge to check in with yourself, not in a pressurised way, but in a grounding, supportive one. If you or someone you know is feeling ready for a bit of self-reflection going into the new year, this set is such a beautiful gift.

Bon Charge Blue Light Blocking Light Bulb

This small bulb has genuinely changed my evenings. I pop it on before bed, listen to an audiobook, and let the red light help my body unwind. I’ve noticed such a difference in my sleep, and it’s one of those small, wellness upgrades that feels incredibly thoughtful as a gift.

My cosy red-light ritual

Micro Hydro Mini Bottle – Hydro Flask

This tiny bottle is on my Christmas wish list this year. I love the mini size, it’s so cute, so practical, and great for taking to Pilates without feeling bulky. Ideal for slipping into a tote or carrying on a morning walk, and I can already picture bringing it to class in the new year (fingers crossed one appears under the tree!).

Saviour Moisture Mask + Hyaluronic Acid — By Sarah

This is the only mask I’m using at the moment, and it is a winter lifesaver. Whenever my skin feels dry, dull, this brings it straight back. It’s gentle, scent free and deeply hydrating, and one of those products I always want to have in the bathroom cabinet during the colder months.

My winter skin saviour

Cosy Christmas Soy Candle — The Cosy Cunning Folk

I met Emmeline and Terence at a Christmas market this year when I was selling my hand-painted watercolour cards, and they were delightful. Everything they create has so much care and intention behind it, and this candle brings the dreamiest cosy winter scent. It’s the kind of gift that instantly softens a room and makes evenings feel a little more magical.

The cosiest candle

Citizens of Soil Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

My go-to kitchen essential. I drizzle it on green veg, finish soups with it. It gives everything that extra nourishing touch. It also feels like the chicest practical gift… because who doesn’t love opening something beautiful and delicious?

A kitchen favourite

Audible Gift Card

In a bid to reduce my screentime I now listen to audiobooks practically every day, and honestly, if someone gave me an Audible gift card, I’d be over the moon!! It’s such a thoughtful, personal gift that still gives the receiver total freedom to choose what they love, from fiction to wellbeing to mindset. A simple but so appreciated option.
