FAQ’s

  • Yes, absolutely! Private Pilates classes are ideal for getting the best start to your Pilates practice. We go at your pace and build up week by week. There is plenty of time for questions too.

  • While props may enhance your practice, they're not necessary to start.

    In person sessions any props used will be provided by me. I do recommend using your own mat for your own comfort - this can be a yoga or Pilates mat. I can advise which brands are best and send you a link for these if requested.

    Online sessions, I'll guide you on how to utilise props from your own home. If you prefer to purchase props, I can offer recommendations and provide convenient links for your convenience.

  • I am a fully qualified Pre and Postnatal Pilates teacher. Pilates is a wonderful way to help you stay active, mobile and storng. I’m here to help you feel supported physically and mentally through life's changes.

  • Pilates is the go-to method of rehabilitation recommended by doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths for overall health prevention and rehabilitative purposes. I am always happy to modify with props and create the class to best serve your individual circumstances. Please always consult with your medical practitioner before taking up exercise.

  • Absolutely! I am happy to offer duets and small private group classes. Please get in touch for rates on these options.

  • Advance payment is necessary to book and confirm your classes. I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a class. If you do reschedule, the class must be taken within a month. If less than 24 hours notice is given the class is non refundable and non transferable.

  • From my years experience of teaching and practicing Pilates, I know that to truly experience the benefits and make a lasting impact on your body and wellbeing, a regular practice is essential.

    It's an investment in yourself—a conscious choice to prioritise and commit to your self-care and well-being. Throughout these six weeks, you'll nurture your mind-body connection, refine movements with support and guidance, and achieve enhanced strength, mobility, and body awareness.

  • If you prefer to practice Pilates in the comfort of your own home and live in the Sevenoaks area, I can come to you. If you live more than 10+ miles outside of Sevenoaks town please inquire for more information. When you contact me, please remember to include your postcode.
