Guiding women to feel their best and find balance

I’m a qualified Pilates teacher and Lifestyle Photographer and I’m passionate about helping helping women find balance and flow in their lives through Pilates & Photography.

What started as a way to blend my three biggest loves in life –movement, photography and food has evolved into a business.

My mission is to inspire and help women to feel their best and find balance of expression through both movement and art. I hope to bring women together who want to live a healthier, more balanced life allowing them to feel their most empowered and best selves, whatever that looks like to them.

I am a believer that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to movement, there is SO much more to movement that goes beyond the mat. How we move reflects our unique mood, wellbeing, and lifestyle. My aim is to help guide you to explore what feels good, leave what doesn’t, and create a connection between your mind and body using movement and mindfulness practice that invite us to live a little more mindfully.

When I am not teaching Pilates or behind the camera, you can find me exploring the outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or curled up with a good audiobook. I am a firm believer in taking time for yourself and indulging in the things that bring you joy and happiness.
