  • No, all you need is yourself and a space big enough to practise in. I do recommend using a mat to ensure appropriate padding - this can be a yoga or Pilates mat, or even a towel.

  • The recipe caters to Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free allergies. Please note they do contain eggs.
